Neuroborn Cats Discord Serever: roles description

Discord servers are the heart of the community for many games, and our game is no exception. In this article, we will talk about the role system used on our server and how to get a specific role.

The system of roles is based on color classification. There are already several dozen roles on the server, and in the foreseeable future their number will exceed a hundred. Such a large number of roles needs a user-friendly color classification.

We decided to use the color scheme rarity familiar to many MMO players: white — common, green — uncommon, blue — rare, purple — epic and orange — legendary. All roles in these colors are for players. We also use different colors for technical and administrative roles.

The list of roles will be supplemented in the development of the game. For example, a large number of new roles will be added after the introduction of PvP mode in the game.

Common roles
Common roles are highlighted in white. These are basic roles that can be obtained automatically or fairly easily.
Newbie Cat — the role is given automatically to all users who have been authorized on the server.
Verified Cat — the role is given automatically to all users who have linked their WAX wallet with Honeycomb bot.
Whitelisted — the role is given to all users included in the second-level whitelist. Allows you to take drops in the second queue, after the owners of the Eternal Whitelist Pass.
Talker — given for 10 messages on the server. The role allows you to send messages in the #bug-report, #scammer-report, #fan-art, #suggestions, and #trade-hub channels.
Babbler — given for 50 messages on the server. The role allows you to send messages in the #memes channel, create public threads in the #trade-hub and #cyber-pub channels.
Bruiser — for reaching 10 game combat level.
Herald — for 1 invited user who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Forerunner — for 5 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.

Uncommon roles
Uncommon roles are highlighted in green. Acquiring these roles will take some amount of time and effort.
Chatterer — given for 100 messages on the server. The role gives access to the general voice channel of the server.
Gossiper — given for 250 messages on the server.
Badass — for reaching 20 game combat level.
Bug Finder — given to users who first reported a bug in the #bug-report channel. Only bugs that are confirmed and not previously discovered by the project team are counted.
Harbinger — for 10 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Notable — for 25 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.

Rare roles
Rare roles are highlighted in blue. It can take a lot of time and effort to achieve them.
Early Bird — for all users who joined the server before January 31, 2023.
Bragger — given for 500 messages on the server.
Commentator — given for 1000 messages on the server.
Fighter — for reaching 30 game combat level.
Bug Fighter — given to users who are the first to report at least 5 bugs in the bug-report channel. Only bugs that are confirmed and not previously discovered by the project team are counted.
Pacesetter — for 50 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Counselor — for 100 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.

Epic roles
Epic roles are highlighted in purple. You need to fulfill special conditions, or try hard to get at least one of them.
Old Gangster — an honorable role for those who were at the origins of the game.
Raconteur — given for 2500 messages on the server.
Conversationalist — given for 5000 messages on the server.
Aggressor — for reaching 40 game combat level.
Bug Slayer — given to users who are the first to report at least 10 bugs in the bug-report channel. Only bugs that are confirmed and not previously discovered by the project team are counted.
Influencer — for 250 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Frontman — for 500 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Neuro Booster — those who donated precious Nitro to boost our server.

Legendary roles
Legendary roles are highlighted in orange. The best of the best are here.
Explorer — an honorary role for buyers of our future “Insignia” NFT drop.
Eternal Cat — role for NFT Eternal Whitelist Pass holders. Gives a first level whitelist.
Debater — given for 7500 messages on the server.
Orator — given for 10000 messages on the server.
Warboss — for reaching 50 game combat level.
Chieftain — for 750 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.
Principal — for 1000 invited users who received the role of Newbie Cat.

Special roles
Special roles are highlighted in red and pink. They are used in non-standard situations.
Ambassador — a user contributing to the development of the project community, creating and distributing game content.
Honored Guest — the role is given to official representatives of third-party projects and organizations.

Administrative roles
Administrative roles are highlighted in yellow, turquoise, and light blue. Roles for Gatia Labs staff, developers, and moderators.
Country Moderator — language channel moderators. Inside their channel, they are endowed with all the rights of server moderators.
Moderator — server moderators, strict but fair owners of Banhammer. Gamedev — game development team.
Administrator — game administrators.

Technical roles
Technical roles are greyed out. They are necessary for the server to work (language roles etc).
